Congratulations to Dr. William E. "Bill" Mickols upon his election today as a member of the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) Class of 2025. Dr. Mickols was recognized for "the discovery, development, and implementation of next-generation desalination membranes and related water filtration systems."
Election to the NAE is one of the highest professional honors accorded an engineer, recognizing outstanding engineering contributions in business, education, research, government, and other organizations.
