Jorge Hernandez obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in 2020 and 2021, respectively, at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. During his Master’s degree, Jorge participated in the Mickey Leland Energy Fellowship (MLEF) in collaboration with the Los Alamos National Laboratory, where he studied the cost-effectiveness of a CO2/N2 gas membrane separation system. Jorge is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in chemical engineering at The University of Texas at Austin under the supervision of Dr. Manish Kumar and Dr. Benny Freeman.
