Segolene is currently a Project Scientist at UCSB working with Professor Rachel Segalman's research group. Her research topics include:
-
Lithium polymer battery: Synthesis of Polymeric Ionic Liquids (PILs) BCPs and their self-assembly in bulk to tune the conductivity of the polymeric membrane.
-
Water membrane filtration: Precisely control microscopic materials architecture using triblock BCPs to achieve exquisite control of pore size and pore size distribution in membranes.
-
Dielectrics Elastomer Actuators (DEAs): Increase the dielectric properties of dielectric elastomer membrane using BCPs self-assembly.
